When are Run of Selected Channel ads delivered?

Run of Selected Channel ads are delivered under the following conditions:

1. When no content match ad is found
2. When no keyword is provided AND the limited parameter is not provided (all feeds except IAB panels)

The Run of Selected Channel select appears when you are logged into an account as an admin. It will only appear to the end user if the Require Keywords setting is not set.

Typical usage is to create house ads with no keywords to fill-in gaps in the system. We have seen other users work with selected advertisers directly to create filler ads thus creating ads with value.
