If a user forget his password, how to set up a new one for him.

If the user has misplaced their password, they will need to use the Lost Password utility available at the login screen. If the email address registered to the account is invalid, you can log into the account as the System Administrator and change the email address associated to the account to the new address of the Advertiser.

You can then have the password sent to the user using the Lost Password tool.
